I can't tell you why, but I've always thought Chinooks were just cool. Through your videos of some of the Truckee Airshow this year, I think it would have really been interesting in its own right.... even without the bigger draw machines and teams. Hey Airshowguy916, what external microphone are you using for your Panasonic x1500? I heard that any external microphone plugged into the 3.5mm jack causes a lot of background/pre-amp noise.

@@airshowguy916 I forgot to ask you, when you use your built-in microphone and record in a quiet environment, do you hear a subtle, ambient background noise? It sounds like a small fan in the background. I can hear it when i turn up the volume on the camcorder or use headphones connected to it during playback. Maybe this sound is normal? This is my first camcorder so im not sure if its normal or an issue. I know a lot of people that like jets aren't chopper fans, but I love them and some of them are wicked ! My Uncle was a chopper pilot in Vietnam....3 tours. I assure you those guys on the ground in Nam were glad to see them birds come in. Thank you for giving us great versatility, Airshowguy! ⭐️ P.S. Sorry I was late on getting to watch the last two videos. I hate when life gets in the way of my watching your videos. 😉
